Meet BECKY!! She is a beautiful Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix that is 5 months old, and still very much a puppy. She made a huge hit during her interview at KKHT, 100.7 The Word. Becky is a vivacious and playful puppy that would make a fabulous companion for a family that has little boys or for someone who enjoys brisk walking. She's a quick learner and is already crate trained. Becky is a true treasure! Please come to Noah's Ark to adopt this valuable GEM! |

| ZIGGY: This little guy needs a very special home without small children. He was in a home with very small children and has learned to bite little hands for them to leave him alone. He is a fantastic dog that is housetrained and very accustomed to sleeping his masters bed, so be prepared for a furry companion! He is a 3 year old purebred Shih Tzu groomed in a Schnauzer haircut. His favorite sleeping spot is in your computer chair - even when you're in it, so you have to scoot to the front to make allowances for His Royal Highness. |

LUCY: She is a yellow lab mix, approx. 1 year old. This poor girl was severely neglected and starved before being rescued by a good Samaritan and brought to Noah's Ark for medical treatment and tender loving care. She is a good girl - very gentle and loving, and certainly not deserving of being treated as a discarded pet.
BEAR: What beautiful eyes!! This boy is good with other dogs, cats and children. He is very trusting when he gets to know you, otherwise he is a little on the timid side. He is about 2 years old and ready to be loved by you! He is great at behaving during bath time.

Mickey, a Lab/Border Collie mix was found starving, dehydrated with road rash and a broken leg near Waller. We’re guessing Mickey was hit by a car and left to die. A good Samaritan brought Mickey to Noah’s Ark asking for help for the suffering dog. Mickey was referred to a special surgeon who managed to save her leg, although it was much more costly than an amputation. Mickey is very happy that she still has all four legs. See the severity of her broken leg on the xray to the left.
Mickey will need a very loving and patient owner to help her through her tough time. When you meet her, you will undoubtedly fall in love. She's a true treasure.
Please make a donation to Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary, a 501 c(3) No-Kill Sanctuary to help cover the cost of Mickey’s surgery. Any amount is greatly appreciated! Good News! So far, $918.00 has been donated toward Mickey's surgery. The total cost was $2,700.00. Thank you to United Animal Nations for the Emergency Lifeline Grant toward her surgery! |
